We had our annual Mental Health Awareness event on Saturday 18 May 2024, at The Victoria Centre, Southend-on-Sea. We were very encouraged to have so many members of the public engage with us and glad to be of support. Thanks to Therapy For You (NHS), Abacus Counselling and Support, Sam from Therapy for Life and Hannah from Step Out, who joined in.
