Held during Mental Health Awareness Week (Monday, May 10th to Sunday, May 16th, 2027), this free event brings together a diverse range of local counselling agencies, therapeutic services, and support groups under one roof. Whether you are curious about different types of therapy, looking for a specific support niche, or simply want to learn more about maintaining your mental wellbeing, the Expo offers a safe, welcoming, and informative space to explore your options.

Navigating mental health support can often feel overwhelming. CASSS aims to improve Counselling and Therapy services, ensuring that high-quality, professional support is accessible to everyone in our community. This Expo is our way of making sure no resident feels they have to struggle alone simply because they didn't know who to call.

Agencies who are interested in attending are to email cass.southend@gmail.co.uk, and will need to provides a copy of their latest Public Liability Insurance and the organisation logo, to be used in marketing.
